Private training sessions are an excellent way to take your practice to the next level or begin a practice. The personal attention will allow Sharon to tailor the lessons to your needs and personality. She can analyze your form, making suggestions and corrections that will help you get the most out your personal and classroom practices.
Sharon will start the first session with a brief history and questionnaire to determine what you hope to gain from your sessions and assess any special needs you may have. From there the session will be tailored to your needs and abilities. Future sessions may change or be adjusted as your body changes or your mood changes. Lessons may incorporate other disciplines should they help meet your needs at the time.

Private Pilates Equipment Studio Sessions
Private pilates sessions are highly recommended, especially for new clients and for those with special needs. Private sessions allow Sharon to design a program specifically tailored to your body's needs.
The client has the time and freedom to master the equipment and exercises at a level that ensures effectiveness. Sharon will also be able to take a close look at your form and make corrections that will maximize results.
Sharon will start the first session with a brief history and questionnaire to determine what you hope to gain from your pilates sessions and assess any special needs you may have. She will also do a quick posture analysis to determine postural imbalances.
This information, along with close observation of how you move in the exercises will be used to devise a highly effective pilates program. Future sessions may change or be adjusted as your body or your mood changes.

Corporate Sessions

Small Group Sessions
Clear out a room in your home, office, community center or other location or take your group online. Gather a small group of attendees and Sharon will come to you. Class can be general or tailored to special needs of the group. Rates will vary. Please contact Sharon for details.
